John Minor, Sr.
John Minor, Sr. established John Minor Crop Insurance, Inc. in 1982 when the crop insurance industry was introduced to Arkansas. Over the years, he has served on numerous company advisory boards and has helped develop the program into what it is today. John began the company's real estate division and functioned as the principal broker.
John Minor, Jr.
John Minor Jr. obtained his crop insurance license in 1984. In1998, John Jr. traveled to Cincinnati, Ohio to meet with the Agri Division of Great American Insurance Company. The meetings resulted in Great American expanding their Crop Insurance Program into Arkansas. John is also very active in farm real estate sales.
